Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, content and services provided by Aequitas Global LLC, including DBA Aequitas Digital (“Aequitas,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or services.
1. What We Do
Aequitas operates in two domains:
1.1 Strategic Advisory Work
Aequitas provides strategic guidance to organizations operating in complex, global or rapidly changing environments. This work is advisory in nature and grounded in global experience.
1.2 Systems Design and Implementation
Aequitas also builds systems that help operators work with more structure, efficiency and reliability. This includes:
workflow and automation systems
operational frameworks
digital tools that support day‑to‑day execution
implementation support for the systems we build
These systems are designed with a privacy‑conscious architecture.
Any data used in workflows remains within the client’s environment or the third‑party tools the client chooses to use.
Aequitas does not operate a SaaS platform and does not maintain a centralized database of client information.
2. Your Responsibilities
When using our websites or services, you agree to:
provide accurate information when requested
use our sites and services in a lawful and responsible manner
avoid actions that disrupt, damage or interfere with our systems
avoid attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of our infrastructure
You are responsible for managing access and data within your own environment.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, system descriptions, frameworks, and digital materials, is owned by Aequitas Global LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our written permission.
4. Data Handling and Privacy
Aequitas does not store or retain client personal data within Aequitas‑controlled systems.
Any data processed through the systems we build remains within:
the client’s own tools
the client’s operational environment
third‑party platforms the client selects
Website visitors are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Advisory Services Disclaimer
Strategic advisory work is based on experience, analysis and professional judgment.
Aequitas does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Decisions made using our guidance remain the responsibility of the Client.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify or discontinue parts of our website or services at any time.
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access
error‑free operation
immediate correction of defects
We aim for reliability, but no system is perfect.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aequitas is not liable for:
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
issues arising from how you implement or use our systems
decisions made based on advisory services
downtime or interruptions beyond our control
Your use of our website and services is at your own discretion.
8. Third‑Party Tools and Integrations
If you choose to connect third‑party tools or services to systems we build, those tools are governed by their own terms and policies.
Aequitas is not responsible for:
third‑party data practices
third‑party outages
changes made by third‑party providers
You are responsible for reviewing and managing those relationships.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our websites or services means you accept the updated Terms.

Website Design and Site Care
These terms apply to our website design service and our optional Site Care plan. They add to the rest of our Terms of Service.
1. What the website service includes
Your one time payment covers the design and build of one website for your business, plus one revision. Hosting is not included. You choose one of two options -- our Site Care plan or hosting the website yourself.
2. Your onboarding form
After payment, you receive a short onboarding form. Your build begins once your 100% complete onboarding form is on file.
3. Refunds
No complete form on file - full refund, issued the same day you ask.
Complete form on file - no refund. Your build is underway.
Not happy with the result - your one revision is the remedy. It does not lead to a refund.
Site Care - cancelling stops your next charge. The month already paid is not refunded.
4. Your revision
Your website includes one revision. Send all the changes you want in one message and we make them. New pages, new sections or changes after your revision are quoted separately.
5. Site Care (optional)
Site Care cost renews monthly until you cancel. It includes:
hosting your website and launching it, connecting your domain,
keeping your website secure and online with working forms,
one small update each month, for example, a photo or text change.
Updates do not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.
6. Cancelling Site Care
You can cancel anytime by contacting us. Cancelling stops your next charge and your website stays online through the month you have paid for. When that month ends, we take your website off our hosting and send you your website files so you can host them elsewhere.
7. Hosting it yourself
If you choose to host your website yourself, we send you the finished website files, ready to upload. You are responsible for uploading them and for your hosting account, its cost, security, uptime and any future updates.
8. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate business information, and photos and content you have the right to use.
You own and pay for your domain name directly.
You pay for any outside tools you choose, such as a booking tool, form service or call tracking.
You reply to our questions about your website in a reasonable time. If we do not hear from you for 30 days, we may pause your project until you respond.
9. Ownership
Once your payment is complete, you own your website files and the copy we write for you. We keep the right to reuse our general designs, layouts and code in other projects. With your permission, we may show your website in our portfolio.
10. Results
Your website is built to help customers find and contact you. We do not guarantee any number of calls, bookings, sales or search rankings.
